However, for the cakes and fresh flowers , please go through the list of cities that we cover before placing your order as these two items have to be purchased locally for their freshness and hence can be delivered to those cities only where we have our offices.

3. How are the products quality ?

All the items confirm to the strict quality standards of Thesurpriser.com and are sourced from the best vendors in India. We do not believe in compromising on quality. We only sell what we would buy personally for ourselves.

4. How gift are delivered ?

All the items are delivered by either national level couriers or Indian postal services depending upon the location and the remoteness of the recipient and the nature of the gifts.

5. In which cities/towns gifts can be delivered ?

All the items listed on our site can be delivered anywhere in India. However, the cakes and flowers are delivered to select cities only as these two items have to be purchased locally for their freshness and hence can be delivered to those cities only where we have our offices. To ensure the safety of your credit card information, the details are processed by Paypal, our authorized online payment gateway, using SSL encryption on their servers. The details of your credit card never come to us. Hence your purchases made on our site are fully safe.

7. How to pay ?

Our authorized online payment gateway, Paypal accepts Credit Cards ( Visa, Master card, American Express, Discover / Novus) for all orders placed online. If you face any difficulties ordering online, we can take our order on the phone.

8. How soon you can delivered the products ?

Our motto at TheSurpriser.com is trying our best to give 100% satisfaction to the our users. We try our best to delivers the products on the chosen date.

We always request to you that please allowed 3 to 4 working days for deliver. Delivery time is generally mentioned next to the product. Delivery during festival times will be made during the period as specified on the website and not necessarily on the preferred date as given by the customer.

10. How do I know that deliver is complete ?

We will send you a mail about your delivery status. You can also track the status of your order on our website.

11. What if you don't deliver or deliver late ?

If you give us adequate time to process your order it will not be late. This can only happen due to forces beyond our control such as riots, transportation strikes and situations beyond our control. Another common reason this happens is when the recipient of the gift is not at home, or his/her address has changed. We will cooperate with you to rectify this situation if it does occur. Please note our maximum liability is the refund of the purchase price, if the fault is due to thesurpriser.com

Thesurpriser.com will inform you of such an eventuality. You can inform us to change the receiver's address within 24 hrs. Of receiving our message, else your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made. But in no circumstances will the gift be changed, or in case of perishable commodities, will a fresh one be delivered.

12. What is your return policy ?

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that :

  • the item may be damaged during transit

  • or there might be a manufacturing defect

  • or that a wrong item is delivered to you.

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated timeframe as given below. No returns, replacements or refunds will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

To get a replacement or return an item, email us your Order Number and the reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.

Our Return Policy

  • In case of all non-perishable items (except for custom-made items), the request for return / replacement shall be submitted within 3 days of receipt of the items.

  • There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above.

  • In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.

In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, thesurpriser.com will be able to accept any returns, replacement, or refunds of such items.

13. Are the items delivered as per the display on the Web Pages ?

There may be some variation in the gifts especially in perishable items like cakes, chocolates and flowers. Generally the gifts will be similar to the pictures on the web. They will definitely match or exceed all the specifications in terms of weight, size, count and functionality. Flowers specified in the arrangements shown may differ as per seasonal availability. If the flowers specified in the arrangements are not available, suitable alternatives will be used.
